Mtelo Ministries has partnered with the Bangui Evangelical School of Theology (BEST) in Bangui, Central African Republic to educate, train and disciple current and future leaders in Francophone, Africa.
BEST offers undergraduate degrees in Systematic Theology, Old Testament, New Testament, Missions and Bible Translation. There is also a Master’s program with two tracks: a Research Master’s degree and a Professional Master’s degree in Christian Leadership and Organizational Management. A doctoral program was launched in 2005.
In addition to the seminary, a women’s school is offered; wives attending with their husbands will receive training in Bible, Theology & Doctrine and Christian Education. The women are also instructed in homemaking skills such as reading, writing, computers, cooking and sewing. BEST also provides a nursery school, pre-school and primary school for the children.

Fidele and Rachel came to BEST several years ago from Maroua, Cameroon having been sent by the church in which he was one of the pastors. Fidele is receiving his Master’s degree in Missiology this year and Rachel has graduated from the women’s school.
Dr. Nupanga has the vision of establishing an English Language Learning Centre on the grounds of BEST. This will meet an educational need in Bangui since English is the global language of business and will be offered for a fee to the residents of Bangui who desire to learn English.
