This letter is from Pastor Nixon who runs the Valley of Truth Centre, a small home for orphaned children in Nairobi. We are partnering with them through Mary Hicks (”Mama Twiga”) to move the children into a larger home with better facilities.

Hallow Mama Twiga,

Wou!!  That is more than Good news … I really thank God for that heart that He has given you of serving those in need especially the children….. I thank God for His timing   Ha ha! God’s timing is always the best.  Mmmmmmm!!!! I am counting my blessings and naming them one by one, one by one. I continue to say thanks for that effort.

Pertaining  the children’s inforamtion: their ages, gender, dates of births and any health problem, I already  the list with me. I was doing this when I was admitting these children.  I just thought that it is important to have the list. The only thing to be adjusted is  the ages.  The list that  I do not have is their HIV status.  I promise to work very hard from this  side for the benefit of these  little angles.

All this calls  for thanks giving and lory to Almighty  God.  It takes prayer to move  mountains.  Its a new page in our vision. Let God move us at His own pace,  under His directions  up to the end.  Lets continue praying and  reminding God our plans and visions and He will direct us.  It’s my prayer that we move with God and we move under His directions. Amen.

Modester and the children are just in the mood of celebration and thanks giving.  Well, we take one step  at a time.  As you has said ,  we pay, wait and we keep our dream alive and see what God does.  You are just tooooooooo———- good  to us Mama Twiga.  God bless you abundantly..
